Services

Comprehensive Assessments

Designed to understand the full picture — not just symptoms alone. Each assessment includes a detailed discussion of your history, goals, lifestyle, movement patterns, strength, mobility, function, and contributing factors impacting recovery or performance.

Education and Planning

Each session is designed to help clients better understand their condition, movement patterns, and recovery process while developing practical strategies to support long-term progress. Education and shared decision-making are central to the rehabilitation process.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is used to support mobility, reduce pain, improve body awareness, and facilitate functional movement. Treatment may include soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and hands-on guidance tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Virtual Care

Virtual physiotherapy appointments offer accessible, individualized care from the comfort of your home. Through secure online sessions, provides assessment, movement analysis, education, exercise progression, and ongoing support.

Exercise Prescription

Exercise prescription is individualized to support strength, mobility, coordination, endurance, and functional movement. Programs are designed to align with each client’s goals, abilities, and daily life, with exercises that are realistic, adaptable, and sustainable within everyday routines.

Advocacy and Empowerment

Rehabilitation extends beyond the treatment room. Advocacy is woven throughout care to help clients and families access resources, navigate supports, and feel informed and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Testimonials

“I am so grateful to Gabby for everything she has done for me.

After many weeks of tests, doctors appointments and still not knowing what was wrong, one appointment with Gabby not only significantly improved my symptoms, but she gave me the tools to ensure quick and consistent normalcy for the first time since my symptoms began.

She even took the time to email back and forth to offer further suggestions to improve my quality of life, all of which were accurate as they did just that.

I am not only physically better, but my mental health has improved immensely with so much thanks to Gabby and her vast knowledge and gentle compassion.”

  • No. My training allows me the opportunity to assess the pelvic floor through internal exam using a gloved finger. For some clients this is a very helpful assessment tool to provide feedback. However, many clients prefer not to have an internal exam. We will always discuss the benefits together and you ultimately have the choice. There are many ways to assess without doing an internal exam.
