Supporting Growth at Every Stage.
At GVC Physiotherapy, I believe rehabilitation is about more than recovering from injury — it’s about building strength, confidence, and the ability to move through life with greater independence.
My approach to physiotherapy is rooted in collaboration, evidence-based care, and whole-person treatment. I work with individuals across the lifespan, with clinical interests in pelvic health, women’s health, pediatric development, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopedic conditions. Whether supporting early motor development, helping someone regain function after injury, or guiding recovery through complex neurological or pelvic health concerns, my goal is always to help clients feel capable, supported, and empowered in their movement.
I value creating a space where people feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. Rehabilitation is rarely linear, and I believe meaningful progress comes from building strong foundations, adapting through challenges, and celebrating growth at every stage.
My treatment approach focuses on functional movement, education, and individualized care plans that support long-term health and independence — not just short-term symptom relief.
At the core of my practice is the belief that resilience can be built, movement patterns can change, and people are capable of more than they often realize.
